Pangasius is farmed in freshwater ponds and is originally from the Mekong Delta in Vietnam. The raw material is carefully chosen from only the best ponds. The fillets are skinless and boneless produced and fully traceable. The finished product is strictly controlled by our quality control inspectors at the factories in the country of origin. Pangasius has a firm structure, neutral taste and is very easy to prepare.
